What if my order was damaged during transit?

If a product arrives damaged, contact us at 1-800-221-5497.

What should I do if my order still hasn't arrived?

Contact us at 1-800-221-5497. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.

What if I receive the wrong merchandise?

We check and double check orders before they ship. However, if you receive the wrong merchandise, please call 1-800-221-5497 immediately. Please be sure to check your fabric before using it for the correct yardage and pattern. We are not able to issue refunds for products that have been cut or used in any way.

What if the fabric I purchased looks different in person than on my computer screen?

You can avoid this inconvenience by obtaining sample pieces of fabric for $1.00 each. Fabrics are not returnable unless damaged in shipping or defective.

What's the best way to clean?

GeoBella fabric is easily cleaned with soap and water or 50/50 bleach to water solution. Visit www.phifer.com/fabrics/videos/  for step by step instructions on how to clean outdoor furniture cushions and pillows.

What size is a fabric swatch?

Fabric swatch sample sizes are approximately 3.5in x 8in.

Shipping

How do you ship?

All cut yardage orders are FREE SHIPPING via FedEx. 1-3 yards of fabric quantities are packaged in a FedEx pak or box. 4 or more yards are rolled on long, cardboard tubes, wrapped in plastic and packaged in a cardboard box.

If you order multiple products exceeding 3 yards, the fabrics will be rolled, packaged and shipped together.

Swatch orders are sent via USPS.

What if the fabric i received is wrinkled or creased from shipping?

Fabric quantities less than four yards may become creased during shipping. Creases will fall out over time, DO NOT IRON.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Samples can be sent to P.O. Boxes. However, cut yardage can not; an actual street address is required for all cut yardage orders.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship to all destinations within the United States except for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

How long does it take you to ship my order?

Orders are shipped within 1 business day of receipt of order.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you will be sent a FedEx tracking number via email. For swatch orders, you will receive an email when your order is in the mail.

What if I want to cancel or change my order?

Please call 1-800-221-5497 immediately to determine if your order has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it is not possible for you to change or cancel it.

Return Policy

Fabrics are not returnable unless damaged in shipping or defective.

Every effort is made to provide customers with exceptional fabric. In the event a fabric does arrive damaged, we strongly recommend you contact us as soon as possible. After 30 days from your original invoice date, we will no longer consider items for return.

In order to receive a full refund, a copy of the original order invoice must accompany the returned item. Returns will be issued upon receipt of the returned item and will be processed against the original form of payment.

Before cutting, confirm the accuracy of your order before any cuts are made. Examine fabric for pattern, color, yardage and quality. No claims will be allowed after it has been processed in any way. When sending fabric directly to an upholsterer we recommend ensuring they check the fabric against the swatch provided or from the website.
